Counseling: New Perspectives
Counseling is the key component to the entire program at 2ndchances. Studies show that prison causes anxiety issues, depression, post-traumatic stress and other mental health issues that are often untreated.
At 2ndchanes, we believe Rehabilitation starts first with the mind:
-
Self-Forgiveness
-
Forgiving others
-
Addressing Feelings (Abandonment, Rejection, Worthlessness, Abuse)
-
Identifying /Addressing Triggers
